Our ANDTEK Ressource Center (ARC) supports you in setting up your attendant console, answer questions about how to use the desktop client and how to speed up daily communications. Please make sure to have your contract number available when contacting the ARC Attendant Console service desk. ARC is part of ANDTEK service offerings and requires that you have an active service contract to access the ARC Attendant Console service.

Phone Control enables you to control your IP phone by your computer.

Click-to-Dial enables you to mark a phone number in any application and dial this number by hotkey.

Full Call Handling enables you to initiate, terminate and forward calls. Additionally you control the speaker/headset and microphone directly within the client.
