Our ANDTEK Ressource Center (ARC) supports you in setting up your attendant console, answer questions about how to use the desktop client and how to speed up daily communications. Please make sure to have your contract number available when contacting the ARC Attendant Console service desk. ARC is part of ANDTEK service offerings and requires that you have an active service contract to access the ARC Attendant Console service.

AND Desktop can be operated in three different deployments. Depending on your networking environment you can select the proper method for your deployment. Please note that the available functionality depends on the chosen method as well.

Connecting AND Desktop directly to the IP Phone or the Unified Communications Manager does not require any additional server setup but is limited to dedicated PC licenses.

Connecting AND Desktop through the AND Phone Application Server needs an additional server but offers centralized management and licensing as well as integration with additional services of the AND Phone Application Server, like directory lookup or call recording.
