Um unterschiedliche LDAP Verzeichnisse wie Active Directory oder das LDAP Verzeichnis des Unified CallManager einzubinden, können die vorhanden Attribute flexibel an die Systemumgebung angepasst werden. Damit ist keine Änderung der LDAP Verzeichnis oder des Schemas notwendig und es kann dennoch zentral auf unterschiedliche LDAP Verzeichnisse zugegriffen werden.
