The whole call handling services are completely phone based and designed for fast and simple accessibility.

Team Collaboration



Status information of team members is seen on the IP phone screen with AND Phone GroupUsing the group services shows all team members the status of each other and gives them fast communication options with team members. Team members can make direct calls to others, create redirections, pick calls or simply make sure that others are available before transferring a call.




Manager/Assistant Services



Advanced manager/assistant services reduces communication load of managersBeside standard manager/assistant services available with AND Phone Group there is the AND Phone Group MA extension for highly sophisticated requirements. The manager services delivered with Group MA allow to link multiple assistants with a manager or vice versa as well as any combination of managers and assistants. Even multiple IPMA (IP Manager/Assistant) groups can be used to realize complex office environments. Assistants can logon/off from their phone and all redirects are automatically reassigned to the next available assistant. For specific callers it is possible to break through existing redirects and still reach the manager (so called VIP lists).
